Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Title Agent to join our growing real estate team in our Tampa office. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely closings.

Compensation:

$48,000 - $60,000 at plan compensation

Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and process title orders, commitments, and final policies Coordinate residential and/or commercial closings from open to funding Clear title requirements and resolve title issues efficiently Communicate with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and clients to ensure smooth transactions Maintain complete and compliant closing files in accordance with state and underwriting guidelines Use

SoftPro

daily for title production, settlement, and document management

Qualifications:

1+ years of title/settlement experience

(Florida preferred)

Strong SoftPro experience is required

Solid understanding of title search, curative work, commitments, and closing procedures Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset
