About the Role

DeMontrond Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented

Title Clerk

to join our dealership accounting team. In this key position, you will be responsible for processing and verifying vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.

What You'll Do

Accurately process all vehicle title and registration paperwork. Prepare and submit tax and title documents to state and county offices. Review and correct documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state requirements. Track and follow up on title status, lien releases, and duplicate title applications. File and maintain title records per company and legal standards. Coordinate with third-party vendors for out-of-state titles. Post payments and process customer refunds. Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, and internal teams. Handle title corrections, transfers, and DMV inquiries. Support month-end and training needs with occasional overtime.
What We're Looking For

Previous dealership or accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office; DMS & CDK experience is a plus Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
