McConkey Auction Group (MAG) is the fastest growing wholesale auto auction in the northwest and we have an immediate opening for a

Title Clerk

at our newest location, DAA Portland. This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles using the respective state or agency guidelines in a timely and accurate manner. Our Title Clerks also provide clerical support to our Front Office as needed. This includes helping customers at the counter, scanning, processing mail, etc. We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has a high attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a professional, calm demeanor during difficult conversations.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous automotive title experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. A valid driver's license, three-year driving abstract and background check will be required for this position.
