Now Hiring: Title Clerk (Full-Time)

Arrowhead Lexus is seeking a

detail-oriented and dependable Title Clerk

to join our accounting team. This full-time role includes

title processing, accounts receivable, daily deposits, and serving as a backup biller.

Key Responsibilities


Process and submit all title and registration work Handle AR posting, reconciliations, and daily deposits Serve as backup biller; process new/used vehicle deals Submit delivery reporting, incentives, warranty payments, and lien payoffs Maintain accurate schedules and records (inventory, We Owe, A/R, 8300 forms) Work with customers, lenders, and internal departments Support various office functions and administrative duties




Qualifications


Prior dealership title clerk, AR, or billing experience preferred Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and collaboratively Professional appearance and demeanor

Valid AZ Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record Successful completion of background check and drug screening + Note: THC is excluded from the screening process*
