Job Summary

We are looking for a Title Clerk to add to our team. We're looking for a

Title Clerk

who can keep things organized, stay on top of paperwork, and feel comfortable using computers and digital tools every day. In this role, you'll be handling title documents, tracking registrations, and communicating with different team members. If you're someone who can follow directions, work independently, and use technology confidently, this job will be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Process, send, and receive title and registration paperwork for imported vehicles Track missing, outstanding, and incomplete registrations with accuracy Maintain organized digital and physical records Communicate with customers, agencies, and internal departments as needed Ensure all procedures are followed according to company requirements Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) and other computer programs effectively Follow established chain of command for reporting and approvals Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Valid driver's license required Strong computer skills, including comfort with Google products Ability to follow detailed instructions and established SOPs Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong communication and time-management skills Prior experience in automotive titling, imports, or administrative work is a plus (but not required)
Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
