What You'll Do
As a Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly, helpful voice that keeps things running smoothly. Your day will include:
Answering calls and emails to assist customers and team members
Solving problems and finding answers quickly
Keeping records organized and accurate
Learning company tools and systems
Working with your teammates to meet goals and deadlines
Hours
You'll work Monday through Friday -- full time, with shifts between:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
(No weekends, no overnight shifts -- ever!)
You'll Be Great At This If You:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Have experience helping customers (in stores, restaurants, or call centers)
Enjoy solving problems and staying organized
Can communicate clearly -- in person, over the phone, and in writing
Are reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
