What You'll Do:

Dismount, mount, and balance tires with precision to ensure safe, smooth rides for our customers. Install wheels, rims, and related products, including driving customer vehicles onto lifts, securing them, and performing quality checks. Provide top-notch customer service: Greet guests, assess tire needs, recommend solutions, and handle scrap tires responsibly. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and working in varying weather conditions. Go above and beyond - from tire rotations to basic maintenance - to exceed expectations and build lasting customer relationships.
What We're Looking For:

1+ years of experience in tire service or automotive repair (prior knowledge of tire equipment is a big plus). Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation. Physically fit to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude - we value aloha! High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred but not required.
