We are opening a mobile tire service business that brings professional tire mounting, balancing, and repair directly to our customers' homes and workplaces. Our team will operate out of a fully equipped service trailer, saving customers time while delivering top-quality service. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mobile Tire Service Technician to be a founding member of our team and be part of redefining convenience in automotive care in the Sun Valley area.

Key Responsibilities

Perform tire services at customer locations, including: Mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires Flat tire repair (plug/patch) Tire rotations Valve stem replacement and TPMS service Inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety issues; make service recommendations. Conduct thorough vehicle maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Safely operate and maintain a brand new, state of the art tire mounter, balancer, and related tools/power equipment in a mobile service trailer. Drive service vehicle/trailer to customer sites in a timely, safe, and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with customers. Deliver a "white glove" experience for customers, ensuring care for customer vehicles and property. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of tools, equipment, and service trailer. Maintain accurate service records and payment processing (as needed).

Qualifications

Prior experience in tire service, automotive repair, or related field preferred (training available). Ability to mount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Customer service mindset - friendly, professional, and dependable. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Flexible schedule - may include weekends or evenings depending on demand.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $21.88 - $31.00 per hour
