Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on tire service and vehicle diagnostics. This role requires mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and excellent customer service skills. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles through quality tire installation, maintenance, and repair services.

Duties

Perform tire installations, rotations, alignments, and repairs with precision and care. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes and other fluid checks. Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires and overall vehicle performance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire options, services, and maintenance recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Engage in heavy lifting as necessary when handling tires and equipment. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and tire products to enhance service offerings.

Experience

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with automotive repair practices including alignment, tire service, and general vehicle maintenance. Customer service experience is essential for effectively addressing client needs and concerns. Sales experience is a plus for promoting additional services to customers.
