No tolerances for transportation excuses. Must have a photo ID and mask for the interview. POSITIONS THROUGHOUT A MAJOR PRODUCTION PLANT IN LAWTON OKLAHOMA. JOB STARTS AT $16 HR. Robinson Innovations is hiring for numerous Green Tire Sorter positions. This job requires employees to load numerous sized tires. Loading of these tires is in a fast-paced production plant environment. This is a VERY PHYSICAL position. Must be able to lift 50lbs repetitively through a 12hr shift. The position requires lots of walking and long hours on your feet. The position also requires lifting and carrying products weighing from 20 - 65 pounds, repeatedly, during a rotating 12-hour work period (you will work both days and nights). We offer bi-weekly pay and guaranteed FULL-TIME pay working only 14 days per month; shifts are 12hr shifts alternating between days and nights. ************************************************************* Essential Functions of This Role:
- The candidate must be able to stand and walk 95% of the workday. Standing and walking on concrete for long periods of time(the entire 12-hour shift) and performing demanding physical labor.
- Sorting tires by color-coded stripes called T.I.C. codes. Arranging them on shelving units.
- Tires are spaced evenly and level on shelves. Checking tires for foreign material and no overhangs.
- Reliable, respectful, and able to deliver results and meet production demands.
- Must assist in hand spraying for paint booth cleaning or mechanical problems.
- Able to perform physical work in a plant environment (not climate controlled). All positions require constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching above the head.
- Must be able to follow directions, have a good working attitude, and understand/follow all safety practices.
- Maintain facility equipment and materials in a neat clean fashion, sort lines must be kept clean of debris.
- Commitment to quality and safety.
- Utilize proper time management skills to ensure work is being performed to meet established productivity standards. Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance.
- PPE is to be worn at all times when in Plant. (Steel-Toe shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses). Must have Steel Toe shoes by the first day.
- Required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive work.
- Required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility. Exposed to plant elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils.
- Good attendance and punctuality IS A MUST in order to meet production needs.
- Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
- Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
- Some computer skills.
- Ability to memorize color-coded TIC codes.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts(days and nights).7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am. Must be able to work every other weekend and overtime as required.
- Must submit to and pass a Federal Background Check and pass a Drug Test. Immediate hire after passing background and drug screen.
