Overview

• $17.25 per hour ($17 base rate, $0.25 shift premium)
• 3 months: $17.50, 6 months: $17.75, 1 year: $18.25
• Monday - Friday, overtime may include weekends
• Hours: 2 pm- 10:30 pm

Primary Responsibilities

• Manually (by hand) loads and unloads tires from trailers
• Frequently lifts tires up to 50 lbs, lifting is required at all stations
• Rotate through multiple stations on a shift to ensure maximum alertness and preparation
• Inform supervisors of any tire defects to ensure prompt response to the problem
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• All other duties as assigned

Expectations

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for 7-8 hours a day
• Must be available for overtime
• Have good communication skills
• Have good hand and eye coordination

Qualifications and Experience

• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Maintain strict attention to detail
• Must be able to read and interpret work instructions
