What You'll Do

Support all Tilt-Up planning, layout, and field coordination activities, including brace planning, job setup guidance, and safe erection practices Work directly with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure accurate communication and smooth execution on every project Review drawings and jobsite conditions so customers receive accurate brace counts, hardware, and supporting materials Visit jobsites as needed to troubleshoot issues, support our staff, and strengthen customer confidence in CMC's tilt-up capabilities Assist with training programs for sales, engineering, and field teams to improve Tilt-Up knowledge, safety, and customer service Help with administrative and people-focused responsibilities including learning CMC's HR management policies, participating in hiring and onboarding conversations, supporting coaching discussions, and reinforcing expectations Manage deadlines, customer needs, and internal communication with strong organization and follow-through Partner with internal groups as a culture carrier by reinforcing safety, teamwork, accountability, and professional conduct

What You'll Need

3 to 7 years of experience in Tilt-Up, formwork, bracing, or related construction fields Ability to read drawings, understand panel design intent, and identify common jobsite requirements Strong communication skills, problem solving, and situational judgment A mindset for coaching and developing people while holding high expectations Ability to learn and apply CMC's HR management policies and leadership standards Commitment to safety, organization, follow-through, and customer support Hunger for growth, willingness to take on more responsibility, and a drive to become a future leader in the division

Your Education

Engineering degree required Professional Engineering license in the State of Texas preferred
