Join Cerebral Staffing, LLC on site at our client John Deere in Urbandale, IA as a Tier II Product Support Representative!

Location: Urbandale, IA / Chicago, IL | Onsite, can work in either of these locations

Pay: $30.41 / hourly

Hours: Standard work hours are expected, with the potential for rotational on-call support. Infrequent (quarterly) travel within the Midwest may be needed for training or collaboration purposes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Investigate support tickets generated for dealer/customer issues
• Utilize a catalog of tools to resolve common issues
• Collaborate with the appropriate product development teams to resolve more complex issues
• Document solutions to more quickly resolve similar issues in the future

• Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience using a variety of mobile devices (Android & iOS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills / analytical problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and groups
• Flexibility adapting to new tools and processes
• Ability to manage deadlines
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with company personnel

• Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering-related field, IT or a similar discipline
• Agricultural background, especially Precision Farming experience
• Working in customer support, product support, or IT environment supporting consumer software applications
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues
• Communicating across functional and divisional teams to identify and leverage solutions for complex issues
