We're looking for a tech-savvy problem solver to be the first point of contact for user support. If you enjoy helping others and making technology work seamlessly, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
Support users via phone, email, and tickets.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Document support requests and resolutions.
Assist with account setups and password resets.
Escalate complex issues when needed.

What We're Looking For:
Organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.

Location: Santa Fe, NM
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
