Crossroads Courier, based in St. Louis, MO, is a leading transportation company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable air freight solutions. We are seeking an experienced Air Support Representative to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept with technology, we want to hear from you!

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $21 - $23, based on experience Pay Frequency Biweekly

Schedule

Monday through Friday 3AM to 11AM

Key Responsibilities

Manage and categorize email communications efficiently. Enter and organize daily flight schedules and tasks each morning. Book, set up, and oversee all assigned air freight jobs. Process orders from Crossroads customers promptly. Issue alerts and updates to customers and agents regarding job status. Communicate any delays or issues to Crossroads Leadership in a timely manner. Compile and maintain weekly reports using Excel for internal reference. Troubleshoot airline-related issues and adjust bookings as necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment (including food service, production, hospitality, etc) Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear instruction delivery. Ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High School Diploma or GED required.
