Job Summary

Monarch Medical Management is seeking a full-time Therapy Technician to support chiropractic and physical therapy services at our Mandeville clinic. This is an entry-level healthcare position with paid training provided. The Therapy Technician will assist providers during treatments, prepare therapy rooms, administer therapeutic modalities, and support daily clinic operations while maintaining patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

Work Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM Friday: 8:45 AM - 3:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist chiropractors and physical therapists during patient exams and therapy sessions Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment Guide patients through therapy processes and manage clinic flow Administer and monitor therapeutic modalities, including cold laser therapy, spinal decompression, electrotherapy, hot and cold packs, and rehabilitation exercises Observe patients during treatment and report concerns to providers Communicate effectively with clinical staff and leadership Maintain accurate workflow and follow established clinical procedures Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Support general administrative and operational clinic tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Compensation and Benefits
