The Therapy Program Coordinator is a licensed psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or licensed therapist (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) who provides leadership, direction, and oversight for JEM's therapy services (individual, family, couples & group). This role combines advanced clinical expertise with program management, supervision, and mentorship to ensure our therapy program is both clinically excellent and responsive to client and community needs. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Coordinator plays a vital role in strategic planning, fostering innovation, and supporting the professional growth of our therapy team.

JEM & Associates provides administrative support for marketing and referrals, scheduling appointments, onsite billing, and credentialing.
Primary Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Clinical Oversight
Participate in monthly Leadership Team meetings, contributing insights, program updates, and recommendations that help guide the overall direction of the practice.
Approach program leadership with an understanding of JEM's business structure, ensuring clinical decisions support both quality of care and long-term organizational sustainability.
Lead the continued development, refinement, and expansion of the therapy program (individual, family, group, and school-based interventions)., aligning services with best practices and emerging client needs. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify staffing needs and support recruitment efforts.
Serve as the clinical point person for patient questions or concerns related to therapy services.
Drive program development initiatives and foster interdisciplinary collaboration (e.g., occupational therapy, assessment consultation) to broaden and enhance our service offerings.
Track productivity, caseload distribution, and quality indicators for therapy services.
Represent the therapy program in community outreach efforts to strengthen referral relationships and raise awareness of our services.
Supervision, Orientation & Mentorship
Offer guidance and supervision to licensed clinicians, ensuring consistent adherence to JEM policies while serving as a trusted resource for collaboration on coding, billing procedures, risk-assessment and clinical decision-making.
Provide direct supervision to postdoctoral fellows, practicum students, and early-career clinicians conducting therapy, ensuring quality and consistency across services.
Facilitate case conferences, skill-building and professional development opportunities to strengthen the therapy team's expertise.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and skill development for new hires within the therapy program.
Provide comprehensive orientation to new clinical staff and trainees on the practice's clinical policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
Foster clinician development through mentoring, training, and performance feedback.
Client Care & Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain a reduced caseload of direct therapy clients.
Conduct intake evaluations, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
Ensure clinical documentation meets professional, ethical, and JEM standards.
Manage scheduling requests, coverage needs, and policy compliance for therapy staff.
Monitor program revenue, billable hours, and overall productivity benchmarks.
Partner with administrative staff to address billing, scheduling, and client service issues.
Salary & Productivity
Annual Salary:
Dependent on licensure - starting at $100K annual for a master's level clinician who demonstrates history of leadership and prior experience
Schedule: 40 hours/week

Compensation reflects both clinical service delivery and leadership responsibilities.
Productivity expectations balance billable clinical work with allocated time for leadership, supervision, and program coordination (approx. 60%-70% clinical work and 40%-30% non-clinical work, depending on current projects)
Dedicated leadership and administrative time is built into the role to ensure sustainability and work-life balance.
Bonus potential is available after first 12 months in this position.
