QMHS Case Managers

to join our school-based programs, serving students in elementary and high school populations.

Who We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field

OR

at least 3 years of experience in mental/behavioral health services. Experience working with youth up to age 18 is preferred. High school diploma or GED equivalent is the minimum requirement.

What You'll Do:

Provide school-based mental health services to your assigned caseload, with opportunities for community-based services during the summer. Build positive, supportive relationships with students, families, and school staff. Facilitate group activities and developmentally appropriate programs. Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency policies, professional standards, and federal, state, and local regulations, including CARF standards. Support student growth and well-being through a holistic, collaborative approach.
