Job Description

Grove School is seeking psychiatric prescribers (Psychiatrists and APRNs) who have clinical experience working with adolescents and their families. The position involves medication management and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists, case managers and other professionals to best address the treatment needs of students in a therapeutic school setting. Available position can be either part-time or full time. Salary negotiable. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with high functioning, yet clinically complex kids, in an environment that utilizes a systems and relational based approach to maximize emotional healing and healthy youth development.

Grove school is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed (or licensed eligible) Clinicians to work in a therapeutic boarding school. This position involves individual psychotherapy, family therapy and group therapy in a co-ed Residential Program on the CT shoreline. Clinicians work as part of a clinical team, including a psychiatrist or APRN along with educational, residential and activities staff. Collaborative clinical work is a important aspect of this role.

Candidates need to be licensed or licensed eligible in Connecticut and have experience with adolescents and families. Background and training in DBT, CBT, or EMDR is helpful. Experience with adolescents who live with anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning, and other emotional issues is also an important factor.

Positions are Part-Time or Full Time.
