What we're looking for

Work Duties

Counseling in office and via telehealth Providing mental health assessment, treatment planning, and counseling Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan progress and outcomes Attend all meetings and conferences Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications:

Master Level Clinician: CSW, MFT, CMHC Licensed by the State of Utah Effective interpersonal skills, ability to follow instructions, good written and verbal communication skills, time management skills
Schedule- Current openings are:

Daytime: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, Saturday or Sunday Evenings: 5-9
MUST BE WILLING TO DO AT LEAST 10 HOURS PER WEEK

Hourly rate determined by licensure and years of experience.

Pay: $55-70/hr

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
