Therapist - IDDT - Durango Integrated Healthcare, Durango, CO

Position Summary:

The role of the

Therapist

is to complete assessments and provides therapeutic interventions with a diverse population of patients, supporting a range of behavioral health conditions. Interventions may include individual, group and family interventions and/or crisis intervention. Works within a multi-disciplinary team to identify all health care needs, utilizing a trauma-informed, patient centered approach focusing on patient identified goals.

Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment

- Member of multidisciplinary team to treat patients with a moderate to severe Substance Use Disorder and co-occurring Mental Health Condition. Services are provided in clinic and in the community.

Qualifications:

Therapist-Unlicensed:Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in health or human services related field

Master's Degree in recognized mental health profession

2 Years experience in a human service or healthcare setting

Salary:

Therapist-Unlicensed: Starts at $22.00 - $25.05 per hour (Non-Exempt). This compensation range includes a locale differential of $1.00 and considers preferred experience and preferred education as described above. Therapist-Licensed: $60,320 - $68,349 (Exempt) based on annualized salary. This compensation range includes a locale differential of $1.00 and considers preferred experience and preferred education.

Physical demands:

Employee must occasionally lift and/or move 15 pounds up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. Must have ability to sit for longer periods at a computer. Employee must be able to travel between AHS locations. Possible potential exposure to communicable disease. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. AHS may make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Required Skills:

Must have current driver's license and ability to be commercially insured and maintain a driving record that allows insurability with AHS commercial insurance agency. Advanced Microsoft computer skills required. Must provide exceptional customer service for internal and external parties. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail is essential. Ability to take on additional duties when necessary.

Additional eligibility requirements:

Annual Flu immunization due on start date, Annual TB screening, BLS certification.
