About the Role

We're seeking a

Licensed Therapist

to join our supportive and mission-driven team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, outcome-focused environment, helping individuals and families achieve meaningful change. Ideal candidates are passionate about serving diverse populations and bring strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and a trauma-informed approach.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy (individual, family, group) Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other professionals Offer crisis intervention as needed Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and case notes Advocate for clients in accessing community and social supports Participate in ongoing trainings and professional development

Requirements:

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field Active Maryland licensure: LCSW, LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMFT, etc. Professional liability insurance Experience with complex trauma, SUD, or SMI preferred Culturally competent and trauma-informed approach Strong documentation and time management skills Comfortable using Electronic Health Records (EHR) Ability to work independently and in team settings CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Valid driver's license + reliable insured transportation
