We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our virtual outpatient program. This role involves conducting therapy sessions both individually and in group settings, utilizing digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering effective mental health care and be comfortable working with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing. Facilitate virtual group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health care and virtual therapy practices.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Valid state license as a Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably including virtual therapy. Proficiency in using digital communication platforms and electronic health records. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage and empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
