Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify promising investment opportunities within the theme park and entertainment sectors. Evaluate potential investments through financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment. Develop and present investment proposals to senior leadership for approval. Build and maintain relationships with startups, entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other stakeholders. Monitor portfolio companies' performance post-investment and provide strategic guidance as needed. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to inform investment decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to align investment strategies with overall business objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications

Proven experience in venture capital, private equity, or related investment roles within the entertainment or hospitality industries is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and market data. Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in entertainment experiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the theme park industry, emerging technologies, and consumer trends is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
