upsell and cross-sell

shipping, printing, and mailbox services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver

exceptional customer service

in a fast-paced retail and print environment. Process customer shipments using

UPS systems

, including weighing, measuring, and preparing labels.

Pack and ship

items safely according to UPS Packaging Guidelines.

Assist in print production

, including copies, scanning, binding, laminating, banners, business cards, and large-format printing. Operate the POS Systems,

cash register

, complete sales transactions, and reconcile cash drawers accurately. Proactively

upsell and cross-sell

store products and services. Sort incoming mail and place it into customer mailboxes. Handle outgoing packages and mail. Perform

general housekeeping

to maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Support other store functions as needed --

team flexibility is key

.

Open or Close

the store and perform start of the day or end of the day operations.

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of retail, print, or customer service experience

preferred. Strong

discipline, reliability, and punctuality

-- consistent attendance is essential. Proven ability to deliver

exceptional customer experiences

. Natural

sales mentality

-- enjoys engaging customers and promoting solutions that fit their needs. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Solid computer and

point-of-sale

proficiency. Strong math and cash-handling accuracy. Ability to

stand for extended periods

and lift up to

50 lbs.

High school diploma required;

some college preferred.
