Position: Digital Asset Coordinator

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Manage sample ordering process and monitor 100% allocation with weekly orders; if not 100% allocation, investigate issue and communicate to necessary teams accordingly
  • Sample coordination between teams for inline, elevated, video, and collab shoots and getting them where they need to go and returned to right partner
  • Partner with Customer Service and studio to get credits back for returned samples
  • Manages TNF SMUs for apparel, equipment, and accessories
  • On-location support during video productions
  • Image proofing / additional coverage for photo proofs when team travels
  • Manages model plaques and ensures all products have correct information (getting onto salsify, coordinating with internal TNF teams, and studio)
  • Ensure data on PDPs are also translated in FR to cover our CA websites
  • Image corrections in photoshop for quick fixes
  • Platform migration testing support
  • Shopping the site and making adequate changes in Scene7 for proper site experience
  • Deep understanding of S7 and DAM and know how to problem solve and make adequate changes
  • Understanding how systems connect between teams to problem solve
  • Reporting issues on Jira and connecting with the right TNF teams
  • Support Manager in ad hoc projects

Skills for Success:
  • BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent years of education and experience
  • 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of production support, sample coordinating, asset management, photo retouching
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and agendas
  • Self-starter: knows when to ask questions and when to run with things
  • Great eye for detail and ability to accurately weigh significance for reshoots
  • Working knowledge of excel, photoshop, and google docs required
  • Knowledge on DAM tools and/or publishing tools
  • Takes initiative & brings impeccable follow-up skills
  • Efficient and clear communicator

Pay Range: $51,840.00 USD - $77,760.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential:

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
