How you'll make an impact
Perform electrical tests including power factor, impulse, and temperature runs
Calibrate instruments and troubleshoot test equipment
Create Certified Test Reports using basic computer skills
Collaborate with Engineering to explain test results and resolve issues
Pull standard and G&O liquid samples
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings
Cross-train in multiple skills and assist in training others
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your background
Associate degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics
Experience in electrical testing or lab environments preferred
Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Basic computer proficiency
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends
