Position Overview



We're looking for a

Tesla Energy Sales Representative

with strong communication and interpersonal skills to help homeowners make the switch to sustainable energy. This role is

1099 commission-based with no earnings cap

, meaning your income potential is directly tied to your effort, results, and drive.

You'll work with warm leads straight from Tesla, local homeowners, and property owners interested in Tesla Powerwall, solar panels, and whole-home energy systems.

What You'll Do



Educate customers on

Tesla Energy solutions

and the financial and environmental benefits of going solar. Manage the sales cycle from initial consultation to final proposal -- with full support from our engineering and installation partners. Build trust and relationships with every customer, becoming their energy advisor, not just a salesperson. Generate and follow up with leads through referrals, events, and online inquiries. Deliver clear, professional presentations and proposals that inspire action.

Who You Are



Customer-service oriented

with a natural ability to build rapport and close deals.

Experienced in sales

, whether from solar, real estate, telecom, or other commission-based industries.

Self-motivated

Compensation
