Perma-Column East is seeking a results-driven, high-integrity Territory Sales Representative to lead and grow business within an assigned territory. This is not an order-taker role; we need a motivated, adaptable professional who can drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate will proactively engage the market, take full ownership of their territory, and consistently execute with urgency, professionalism, and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
This role requires someone who can set the tone, bring a growth mindset, and represent Perma-Column East as a trusted partner to customers. Candidates must be skilled in product education, territory planning, and the use of tools such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams), and Concur.
Clear activity expectations will be in place, including call volumes, in-person visits, and pipeline management metrics. To ensure a successful transition into the role, new hires will be provided with a structured training plan, ongoing support, and defined performance milestones during their onboarding period.
