About the Role
We are searching for a Territory Sales Representative to help local small businesses generate passive income through vending, coin-op and point-of-sale solutions. This is a field based position. You will spend your days visiting businesses, creating new opportunities and building relationships directly with owners.
You will receive a route of cold leads to start with, but the strongest performers consistently self-source new locations through walk-ins and territory canvassing.
What You Will Do
Visit local businesses daily to identify opportunities for vending and coin-op placements
Prospect, cold call, and self-generate leads across your territory
Explain our revenue share model and how owners benefit with zero upfront cost
Record all activity in the CRM and complete consistent follow up
Manage your schedule, travel between locations and keep a strong daily activity pace
Partner with our operations team, who handles installation and servicing for every account
What We Offer
Base salary between $50,000 and $60,000
Uncapped commission structure with strong earning upside
Quarterly performance bonuses
$1,000 sign-on bonus
Travel reimbursement for gas, tolls, and parking

What You Need to Succeed
Experience in outside sales, field sales, canvassing or route sales
Proven ability to prospect and generate new business independently
Comfortable walking into businesses and speaking directly with owners
Strong persistence and ability to handle rejection
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
