Position Overview

We are hiring a

Territory Sales Representative

to own and grow the Oregon market. You will build our footprint across Portland and SW Washington. This is a hands-on "hunter" and account management role for a self-starter. You will open new accounts, manage existing relationships, and ensure our products look great on the shelf.

Key Responsibilities

Grow the Territory:

Identify and close new retail/wholesale accounts in Portland, Salem, Eugene, and Vancouver, WA.

Manage Accounts:

Handle orders, logistics, and customer service for your client base.

Merchandising:

Perform necessary merchandising during visits

(restocking, building displays, checking expiration dates) to maximize sales.

Strategic Sales:

Upsell new products and optimize shelf assortment.

Store visits:

Regular field travel throughout the Greater Portland area and key Oregon markets.

Requirements

2+ years of outside sales experience (Food/CPG industry strongly preferred).

Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English is highly desired.

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record. Located in the Greater Portland area. Proficient with CRM software and standard business technology.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$50,000 annually

Performance Bonus:

This role is eligible for a significant, uncapped quarterly bonus plan based on achieving specific, measurable goals. The bonus is comprised of:

A flat-rate bonus for each new account acquired. A commission based on the territory's gross profit growth. Tiered bonuses for executing strategic company initiatives and ensuring core product distribution.

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

Projected

$68,000 - $75,000+

in the first year.
