We're looking for a customer-focused
Territory Sales Representative
who is passionate about building and maintaining long-term relationships. This individual will effectively service assigned accounts, deliver outstanding customer service, and support sales management practices that drive growth. The ideal candidate is motivated to enhance sales performance and profitability while contributing to the overall success of the branch through proactive account management and collaboration.

1st year base: $40,000 - $60,000
1st year Guaranteed Commission: $40,000 - $60,000
1st year total compensation: $80,000 - $120,000
2nd year base: $40,000 - $60,000
2nd year and on: Uncapped Commission
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer & Sales Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and key accounts
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals
Present new products, promotions, and company capabilities
Manage customer pricing, orders, inquiries, and follow-ups
Monitor sales trends, product performance, and account growth
Leadership & Collaboration
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
Promote company policies, programs, and vendor partnerships
Coach and support inside sales associates to grow accounts
Assist with sales planning, budgeting, and strategic account development
Participate in training and mentoring of team members
Professional & Operational Responsibilities
Represent the company professionally at all times
Maintain accurate account, credit, and order management practices
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and corporate initiatives
Maintain a valid, unrestricted driver's license and work overtime as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1-2 years of outside sales experience required
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop solutions
Product, vendor, and account management knowledge
Sound judgment, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Performance Measurements:
Sales and gross profit performance
Account growth and new account activation
Strategic product sales and inventory management
Order accuracy, customer feedback, and budget performance
