Territory Sales Representative

. This position is designed as a fast-track opportunity, with a clear path to become a

Project Sales Executive

. If you have a background in construction sales, building materials, or architectural products--and the drive to build strong client relationships--this role offers an exciting career trajectory with uncapped potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and property owners across the Tennessee market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural metals sector, including cladding, facades, panels, and other exterior building systems. Generate and manage a pipeline of projects, from lead identification through closing. Collaborate with estimators and project managers to prepare accurate bids, proposals, and pricing packages. Attend site visits, industry trade shows, and networking events to expand brand presence. Deliver presentations to clients showcasing product capabilities and system benefits. Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Report regularly on sales activity, forecasts, and market trends to leadership.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in construction sales, architectural products, or building materials (architectural metals preferred). Strong understanding of exterior building systems, metals, or facade construction. Proven ability to develop new business and manage long-term client relationships. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
