About the job:

You will begin with a number of anchor clients that you will be able to activate easily, as we have approved contracts with their parent companies, but will also be responsible for bringing on new clients. This job can be worked mostly remotely outside of some meetings and drop ins. Remote work and work from home are both allowed.

Responsibilities
  • Close clients in the new market
  • Develop and execute client outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and walk-ins
  • Cultivate prospects into customers through regular follow up and contact
  • Onboard existing clients\xe2\x80\x99 locations
  • Engage and manage current strategic client relationships.
  • Ability to demo all aspects of the Upshift technology
  • Document all client interactions into CRM
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Ensure recruiting pipeline is in line with sales pipeline
  • Networking to expand Upshift\xe2\x80\x99s presence in the market
