Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven, Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth within your assigned territory by developing relationships with new and existing clients. Your expertise in business development, account management, and technical sales will be essential as you identify opportunities, generate leads, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Utilize Zendesk to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on progress. Provide technical sales support to clients by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

Requirements

Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to address client concerns effectively. Strong organizational skills for effective territory management and prioritization of tasks. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members. Technical sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
