DFX Dynamic Foundation Experts is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results - driven Sales Manager to join our Chattanooga team. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team of sales associates.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

2. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

3. Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team.

4. Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

5. Approve all sold projects, confirming they meet all necessary requirements.

6. Identify sales representatives that require ride-along and continued sales training.

Requirements:

1. Proven successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

4. Strong business sense and industry expertise.

5. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

6. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

7. Experience in customer relationship management.

8. Experience managing and directing a sales team.

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

10. Dedication to providing great customer service.

11. Ability to lead a sales team.
