Location:

Birmingham, AL (with up to 50% travel within assigned territory)

Our client is looking expand their market leadership, and are a

Territory Sales Manager

to help accelerate their growth. This role plays a key part in executing high-impact sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and strengthening the company's position as a trusted partner in the industry.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Market Development



Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans aligned with business objectives. Grow market share by building strong partnerships with contractors, engineers, and distributors. Drive new business through both

bottom-up (contractor engagement)

and

top-down (engineer specification)

approaches. Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions to enhance brand awareness and demand. Qualify leads, craft tailored solutions, and provide expert technical guidance on Everflow products. Prepare quotes, proposals, and technical documentation to support project success. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on market trends, installation practices, and competitive offerings.

Collaboration & Industry Engagement



Represent the company at trade shows, buying group meetings, and industry conferences to build visibility and relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to identify emerging opportunities. Support on-site visits, product demonstrations, and event setups to showcase Everflow's solutions.

Qualifications



Sales experience in the plumbing industry is preferred but not required. Strong team player who shares ideas and best practices openly. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and

CRM systems.


Additional Requirements



Active and valid driver's license with the ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory. Remote-based role requiring independence, strong organization, and self-motivation. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry innovations and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
