Overview:
This is a learning designate role for the Territory Sales leader position - The TSL Designate will report into the Sales Market Director and will learn about our business model, our processes and gain the experience of how to influence cross functionally, interact with our teams and develop and lead a strategic agenda to drive results. In this role you will benefit from a program which begins with a structured onboarding allowing you the opportunity to acclimate to PepsiCo's fast paced environment. This will build strong foundational knowledge while also increasing ownership and responsibility within this role to set you up for success as you will lead a team of MTLs and frontline employees in their area to become Faster, Stronger and Better.
The Territory Sales Leader is responsible for leading a team of 8-14 frontline sales representatives, frontline sales leaders and Merchandising Team Leads to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. The Territory Sales Leader will also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for volume, revenue and market share growth in a designated .
Responsible for managing sales and merchandising hours, overtime and labor budget .
Leading collaboration and team effectiveness of customer pod structure.
Manage, motivate, and develop a team of employees in order to increase sales, daily productivity and improve business performance.
Conduct 'work-withs/route rides' with employees to develop their selling and customer service skills .
Work proactively with customers to understand business needs and develop strong relationships.
