We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Territory Manager to lead our worksite benefits insurance sales efforts within a designated geographic region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities



Drive outside sales initiatives by actively engaging with prospective clients through cold calling, product demos, and face-to-face meetings to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention, upselling, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. Develop comprehensive business development plans to identify new market opportunities and increase territory coverage. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, forecast sales performance, and analyze territory trends. Conduct detailed product presentations and technical sales demonstrations to showcase features and benefits aligned with client requirements. Work with management team to recruit top talent and build a big organization that promotes a culture of winning.d Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness within your territory. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to B2B sales environments. Lead territory management efforts by planning routes efficiently, scheduling client visits strategically, and prioritizing high-potential prospects. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and fostering long-term relationships. Analyze sales data regularly to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales strategies, and improve overall territory performance. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on product offerings, CRM tools, and sales techniques. Become and expert in the Insurance industry.

Experience



Proven success in outside sales or business development roles within B2B environments; experience in technology or technical sales is highly desirable. Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead account strategies and coordinate team efforts when applicable. Strong background in territory management, lead generation tactics such as cold calling, and direct sales approaches. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales metrics. Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Pay: $125,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
