Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused HVAC Territory Manager, based in Nicholasville, KY to grow sales, manage relationships, and develop new business within an assigned territory. This is a commission-based role once the guarantee has been met with unlimited earning potential, ideal for a self-starter with HVAC industry knowledge and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals within the territory
Build, manage, and grow relationships with HVAC contractors, dealers, and key accounts
Identify and secure new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers
Provide product training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to clients
Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activity, and pipeline progress
Represent Team Air at trade shows, association events, and training sessions as needed
Minimum 3 years of HVAC industry experience in sales, account management, or territory management
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry practices
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Must be based in or near Nicholasville, KY and have a deep understanding of the regional HVAC market
Reliable personal transportation is required; this role involves daily territory travel
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Technical HVAC certifications (EPA, NATE, etc.) are a plus
Experience working with distributors, contractors, or manufacturers
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
