:
2-3 years of experience in UST/AST Inspections required.
Manage a team of Compliance Inspectors.
Partner with the routing department to manage each route to include: coverage, optimization, completion, hours worked, and PTO approvals.
Perform budgeting and expense management for all assigned regions.
Track and record instances of route deviations of field staff.
Collaboratively develop disciplinary planning with the HR department and administer decided disciplinary action accordingly.
Lead and approve all hiring/firing decisions within assigned regions.
Work with the training department to ensure 100% compliance for all Operator Certificates in their division, specifically monitoring completion and submission.
Partner with HR on posting and recruiting for open positions and identifying when geographies best suit 7G's route needs.
Develop ORT plans for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding for all new employees in their division.
Manage vehicle maintenance issues and monitor vehicle usage via telematics software and fleet management devices.
Provide routine feedback and reports to the CEO about operational KPI's, gaps, and solutions to fix them.
Partner with the training department to ensure training is assigned and coordinated with all employees within the region.
Ensure all employees operating within the assigned region have the required safety and PPE equipment and are using it routinely.
Identify and develop the next generation of leaders at 7G.
Build a bench of competent, well trained, and trustworthy employees who would be able to step into leadership roles if and when we have departures.
Implementation of revenue generating projects. (i.e. Water & Parts)
Available to travel for emergency route discrepancies.
Works outside in all weather conditions.
Quality Assurance
Partner with the QA/QC team to ensure the quality of inspections are maintained.
Conduct QA/QC of previously inspected sites by all inspectors.
Review Protean daily reports to identify any training needs and quality deficiencies
Knowledgeable of all current industry regulations to include health and safety protocols.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of Federal EPA and state UST/AST regulations for commonly seen equipment located at client sites.

Requirements:
Education, Experience, Certifications/License
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental compliance, or related preferred
2-3 years of experience in UST/AST inspections.
Excellent leadership and cognitive reasoning skills.
Obtain the VeederRoot Level 4, Franklin EVO, Wyoming (U3 Tank Tester), Utah (Tank Installer or Tester) California, National ICC, and Hazwoper 40, and other relevant training/certifications as assigned.

Language, Math and Reasoning Ability
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence.
