Position Title: Terrain Park Attendant
Department: Terrain Park
Reports To: Terrain Park Supervisor and/or Terrain Park Manager
Status: Full-time or Part-time Seasonal, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Working Hours: Varied hours/shifts, fluctuates with time of season, weekends and holidays typical
Position Summary: Assists in the construction, maintenance, and repair of all Terrain Park features.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Wisp Resort is a four-season ski, golf and recreational destination resort. Because of the nature of the resort business, employees may be asked to perform other duties outside of the job description. Also, hours of operation are 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Level 1 (Attendant) - NE01
Coordinates as a team player with Terrain Park staff to construct, maintain and repair all Terrain Park features to create a safe and fun experience for guests.
Exhibits the ability to recognize safe riding techniques, and, if necessary, guide guests to Terrain Park areas that correspond with their skill level.
Opening and closing the Terrain Park, ensuring all signage is visible, testing features and assessing risk and safety each morning, afternoon and evening.
Provides exceptional guest service and works outdoors in all weather conditions for the entire day.
Possesses technical knowledge of how to shape take offs and landings with hand tools and be able to determine between safe and unsafe conditions.
Exhibits ability to follow directions and work in small groups.
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent, unless company sees capability without minimum education requirement
Previous experience in Terrain Parks helpful
Language Skills:
Basic English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
