Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking
Termite Crewman
to join our field team. If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and working with a tight-knit crew, this is the job for you!Responsibilities:
Perform termite treatments and chemical applications. Assist with wood repairs and structural modifications. Operate tools and equipment safely. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Follow safety and compliance protocols. Drive company vehicles safely.
Requirements:
Valid CA driver's license with a clean record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in crawl spaces, and on ladders. Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented. Experience in construction or pest control is a plus (training provided). Must pass a background check.
