Termite and Weeds Team Lead

Bill's Home Service, a local, family-owned company that's been proudly serving southern Arizona since 1964, is looking for a skilled and motivated team lead to oversee our termite and weed control department. If you have experience in the field and are ready to lead a team, ensure quality service and help keep operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As the termite and weed team lead, you'll split your time between the office and in the field. In the office, you'll review service reports, follow up on customer concerns and provide leadership for technicians. In the field, you'll perform services as needed and serve as a resource for the team, helping resolve complex challenges and ensuring services meet company standards.

Responsibilities at a glance

Oversee termite and weed control department operations Review technician service reports and address issues or discrepancies Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively Provide guidance and support for technicians in complex situations Perform termite and weed services in the field when needed Maintain communication between technicians, office staff and customers Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Demonstrated excellence in termite and/or weed control services Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to balance office responsibilities with field service needs Commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction
