THE ROLE

As a Fulfillment Specialist, your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely order processing while upholding top quality control standards. This position requires someone adaptable with keen attention to detail, along with a positive and collaborative attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately document and log received items into the inventory management system Collaborate with other departments, including outbound and inventory control, to ensure smooth operations Uphold high-quality standards in product handling and packaging Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude and actively identify opportunities for process improvements. Consistently meet deadlines while being dependable and consistent in tasks and responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary to support the business Must be willing to work in a cold / freezer work environment. Must be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -10 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat and cold).

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior logistics, fulfillment, or similar industry experience preferred Able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs Ability to work overtime during peak periods Ability to work in a temperature controlled environment Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Experience with hand-held scanners Honest with the highest integrity Dedicated to quality and high standards Supportive of values following policies and procedures Positive, ambitious, energetic, hardworking with a strong work ethic A team player with exceptional communication who is well-organized and has an eye for detail

JOB INFORMATION

Compensation Description - The hourly wage for this position is $18.00/hr with an additional $1/hr differential and a $0.50/hr increase after 90 days * Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and geographic location and/or shift differentials.
