\xe2\x80\x93 U.S. Retail & Outlet Only Reports to: Store Manager Seasonal Temporary Associate \xe2\x80\x93 Sale & Sales Support The Temporary Associate role is part of the store\xe2\x80\x99s overall success and efficiency during a high-volume period and supports our brand commitment to provide products to our customers. Our peak season is when we see the most amount of Coach customers and we are looking for passionate brand ambassadors to add to our store teams! Among other things, individuals in this role will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage customers using the Coach Experience Service expectation and selling behaviors \xe2\x80\xa2 Interact genuinely and naturally with the customer \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accuracy when operating POS and adhere to Coach cash handling policy \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure accurate email/name and data capture where permitted by law \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure proper phone etiquette is upheld when answering store calls \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive conversion through client engagement and omni selling techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Support back of house tasks as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Represent Coach brand appropriately \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic computer skills* \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to execute at a fast pace \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and accuracy \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to climb, bend and kneel \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to meet Coach Availability and Scheduling Expectations, including working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be available to work October 15 through January 1
