SUHRCO Residential Properties is currently seeking to hire a full time, property manager. for a 91 unit apartment community in Bothell, WA.

This is a TEMPORARY position for 3 months, starting in Mid/End of November.

We have a great accommodating team but are looking for a self-starter as most work will be done independently. Experienced office and customer service is the perfect fit. We are looking for someone who leads with kindness but can still maintain authority. Someone able to communicate effectively with different demographics, highly organized who can manage their time well.

This person will greet guests and residents, reply to email leads and answer phones. Will be required to learn the property, available units, floorplans and pricing. Will enter invoices for payment and set up new leases and renewals and complete a monthly market survey. This person will also oversee work orders for a small property in downtown Seattle, schedule repairs and perform all administrative duties related to the property's day to day activities.

Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lease apartments
- Provide a quality leasing experience for future residents as it relates to their interaction with the community
- Provides professional service at all times, exercising discretion as it relates to confidential resident, property and company information
- Assists residents with work order requests, ensuring quality and completion
- Compliance with company standards as defined in the Human Resources Policy Manual, Operations Playbook and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant, Local Building Codes, etc.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Property Management experience preferred
- Strong sales, marketing and customer service experience
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient understanding of the Microsoft suite, property management software experience preferred

- Entrata knowledge a plus but not

required

- Property Management Software Experience is required.

Job Type: Full Time- 40 hours/ week

Pay: From $32-34.00 per hour
