This is a short-term, contract role supporting professional crews working in a historic building.
The Temporary Project Coordinator helps schedule vendors, opens and secures the building, and keeps simple photo and written records of the work.
Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules for a small number of outside vendors
Open and secure the historic building for approved work
Be on-site during scheduled work times
Follow a simple project checklist
Take dated photos, keep brief notes of progress, and report daily status
Call or text the Project Leader immediately if problems or delays come up
Qualifications
Dependable and organized
Comfortable working independently on-site
Able to communicate clearly by phone and text
Respectful of historic spaces
Basic smartphone skills for photos and messages
Reliable email contact and skills for group communication
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience with contractors, facilities, or property projects
Familiarity with historic buildings or museums
Contract Details
Independent contractor (1099) position
Temporary role for the length of the project
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 15.0 per week
