Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and support needs through various communication channels
Manage customer data entry accurately within company systems using Microsoft Office and other computer tools
Support client services by addressing concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Process transactions including cash handling when necessary
Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly and improve overall service quality
Utilize communication skills to effectively convey information and provide solutions tailored to customer needs
Experience
Previous call center experience or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills necessary for data entry and communication tasks
Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus but not mandatory
Strong analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially fluency in English along with additional languages
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of call center operations, including call handling procedures and client service standards
