Education:
High school graduate or equivalent -
Required
Bachelor's degree - Strongly Preferred*Experience:
1-2 yrs work experience as Patient Financial Advocate, Patient Registration, Patient Accounting-
Required
Experience in customer service, especially in front end patient interactions regarding financial processes-Required
Experience with Epic- Required
Experience in communicating with insurance carriers to obtain authorization for services -Required
Spanish or Hmong speaking - Preferred*Profile Requirements:
Work history Two Supervisory reference forms, taken in the last two years
Job Types: Temporary, Permanent
Pay: $33.65 - $40.53 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
